Typical international delivery is approximately 8–15 days depending on the destination, customs processing and chosen shipping service. Express options are available. Tracking is provided for all international orders.

Each Shivling is packed with 10mm foam cushioning inside a robust cardboard box designed to protect the stone during international transit. We do not make absolute damage guarantees — international shipping involves variables outside our control — but we do our best to package securely.
If your Shivling arrives damaged during shipping, contact us with photos or video of the damage. Under our policy, qualifying shipping damage may be covered by a full refund or replacement — and you are not necessarily required to return the damaged item.
